EUROPEAN PRECISION PARTS · DRAWING-BASED SOURCING
Stainless steel turned parts made to your drawing requirements, with the alloy, surface condition and inspection scope defined around the application. CNCsupplier coordinates European sourcing for small metal components and repeat production programs.

Specify the function before the production route
A turned stainless steel component may form part of a valve, sensor, instrument or fluid-handling assembly. Identify the features that control fit, movement and sealing. A drawing should distinguish critical dimensions from general tolerances and show the relationship between bores, diameters and mating faces.
The stainless steel grade matters
Specify the exact material designation and condition rather than requesting stainless steel generically. Explain exposure to process media, cleaning agents or temperature where this affects the component requirements. If substitution is permitted, state the approval process. Machinability alone is not a sufficient basis for selecting a grade for your assembly.
Surface finish, burr control and passivation
Call out roughness on the surfaces that matter to function. Include edge and burr requirements for small holes, cross-drillings and intersecting features. If passivation or another treatment is required, provide the process specification and acceptance criteria. Cleaning, marking and protective packaging belong in the Request for Quotation (RFQ) when they affect how the part can be used.
Swiss turned stainless steel components
Slender parts and components with several machined features may be candidates for Swiss-type turning. Shorter or differently proportioned parts can require another route. We review geometry, material, quantities and inspection needs to identify a suitable source; the process is confirmed with the quotation.
Inspection and documentation
Provide the critical dimensions and any required inspection frequency or sampling plan. State whether material traceability, a first-article report or other documents are needed. Surface and dimensional checks should reflect the finished condition, including any secondary processes. Assembly-level performance and approvals remain part of the customer’s product validation.
Request stainless steel turned parts to drawing
Send the current drawing revision, Computer-Aided Design (CAD) data, material designation, quantity breaks and delivery requirements. Add relevant operating conditions and the required documentation. This allows the review to cover both manufacturing and the controls needed for an acceptable batch.
