EUROPEAN PRECISION PARTS · DRAWING-BASED SOURCING
Custom aluminum turned parts for lightweight industrial assemblies, instrumentation and mechanical components. CNCsupplier coordinates drawing-based European sourcing, from the alloy and dimensional requirements to finishing and batch documentation.

Aluminum and aluminium turned components
Whether your purchasing specification uses “aluminum” or “aluminium,” the material grade and temper must be clear. Include the relevant material standard and any restrictions on substitution. A lightweight design still needs a defined requirement for fit, strength, surface condition and the way the component is assembled.
Small turned parts with functional details
A component can combine a turned profile with bores, threads, grooves, flats or secondary holes. Provide the complete drawing rather than dimensions of the starting stock alone. Thin sections, thread engagement and mating features deserve particular attention during the manufacturing review. Indicate which dimensions control assembly performance.
Anodized aluminum turned parts
If anodizing is needed, state the process specification, coating requirements and whether appearance is functional or cosmetic. Identify masked surfaces and the dimensions that must be accepted after treatment. Where colors are important, define how samples will be approved rather than relying only on a color name. Finishing availability is confirmed during sourcing.
Lightweight fasteners and custom interfaces
For drawing-based fasteners or connection components, specify the geometry, material condition and required mechanical performance. Applications in bicycles, motorcycles or other loaded assemblies need their own validation requirements. A machined part should not be described as suitable for a safety-critical use merely because it matches the nominal dimensions.
Prototype approval and repeat production
Define what the sample batch must demonstrate: fit, finish, dimensions or assembly function. State the intended production quantities and approval documents so that sample and repeat-order requirements are aligned. Packing requirements should identify surfaces that must be protected from scratches or contact damage.
